Virtual event length

Organizations can host a virtual event that lasts up to 72 hours in length. (This time limit not apply to an auction. An auction can be open for longer than 72 hours.)

Participants per breakout room

Participants are people who can share their camera or microphone. This plan has a max of 20 participants per breakout room. If the session is recorded participants are capped at 9.

Virtual welcome lobby with dynamic event schedule

Admins can use email and texting to send event wide messages or one on one messages to attendees.

Custom emails

Admins can create templated or custom emails that can be stored and used for emailing attendees.

Alerts

Alerts can be crafted in advance and saved to be sent before, during, or after the event. Alerts are used to send out mass texts, emails, or a notification that appears within the virtual venue. The message can be the same but distributed amongst all three mediums.

Add primary event color

The ability to specify a color that is carried throughout the event.

Custom event text and labels

The ability to customize navigation, labels, and add descriptive text (i.e., lobby, stage, etc).

Admins can create an event agenda with specific dates, times, content blocks, and highlight sponsors. The agenda is viewable by attendees.

Chat and polls

Chat functionality allows admins to chat directly with attendees and for attendees to chat with each other. Polls can also be conducted during the live event.

Speed networking

Attendees are auto-matched to another attendee where they can quickly chat, share insights, etc. For speed networking, a time limit is set by the admin and no two attendees are matched twice.

Admins can host multiple live-streamed video sessions at the same time.

Unlimited virtual expo hosting

The ability for admins to create virtual exhibitor booths. This includes the ability to share collateral, links, and content on an exhibitor profile page.

Moderator capabilities

Moderators can share a backstage link with any speaker that is going on stage. Which allows the speaker, guest(s), and moderator to prepare prior to going live. The moderator can simply hit broadcast to go live.

RTMP compatible

Live Events provides virtual studio technology that will allow organizations to broadcast to their own stage as well to other platforms. Organizations can also leverage the RTMP settings of their stage to stream from OBS Studio, Zoom, or another source.

Simulcast

The ability to configure any stage to simulcast to 3rd platforms like Facebook, Twitch, or YouTube Live.

Pinned stage

The ability for attendees to pin the stage in their virtual event venue so that when they navigate to other parts of the venue the content from that stage will always be present.

Magic links

Magic Links are links that have a special code for a specific attendee embedded in them. These links allow attendees to login into an event without needing a username and password. When an attendee registers for an event, they receive a link, as well as in each reminder they receive.

Multiple stages

The ability to host multiple stages concurrently so multiple topics can be presented at the same time.

Admin roles with team permissions

Live Events has a full permissions structure behind each event that can granularly control what an admin user can do within the event settings.

Live auction

Display a live auction item, and select a winner. Once the winner is selected through the system, the winner will receive an automated email.

Admins can create one keyword per event that can be shared with attendees to text to a pre-defined phone number.
