Dynamic fee coverage asks – Early access

We’re introducing early access to dynamic donor fee coverage asks, a beta feature built to help you maximize results with less guesswork.

For some donors, it doesn’t pay to ask. Asking donors to cover fees can meaningfully increase revenue, especially for lower gift amounts. Intelligent donor fee coverage asks use modeling to evaluate each donation, selectively presenting the prompt when it’s most likely to drive coverage and suppressing it when it isn’t.

The result: higher overall revenue, even if fee coverage rates fluctuate.

As a beta participant, you’ll:

  • Get early access to new dynamic fee coverage models
  • Be part of testing that will help improve model performance
  • Help shape our product roadmap

We’ll enable dynamic fee coverage asks across your Campaign Studio donation pages and embedded forms, and automatically include eligible traffic in ongoing testing. We aim to include as much volume as possible. If you need to exclude specific campaigns, your account manager can help with that.

We’ll share aggregated results as the beta progresses. Individual account-level results may not reach statistical significance.

Who’s a great fit

This beta is best suited for organizations that:

  • Already have donor covered fees enabled on Studio campaigns
  • Are open to testing and optimizing the donor experience, even if fee coverage rates fluctuate
  • Don’t have strict requirements around always displaying the fee coverage prompt
