Donation landing pages (with optional features such as impact tiles, progress metrics, and activity feeds) and embedded donation forms with the ability to edit and customize to match the organization's branding.

Peer-to-peer campaigns

Customizable campaign landing pages with the ability to donate or fundraise on behalf of the organization. Includes impact tiles, a fundraiser leaderboard, the ability to add video, and an activity feed.

Registration with fundraising events

Customizable event landing pages with the ability to donate directly to the organization, register for an event, and create an individual or team fundraising page to fundraise on behalf of the organization. This campaign allows for branding of the fundraiser and team pages.

Ticketed events

Customizable event landing pages with the ability to sell tickets and donate directly to the organization. This campaign includes the option to add multiple ticket types, schedule when tickets will be available, add promo codes, and enable attendees to add a donation on top of their registration.

Team fundraising

Ability for a fundraiser to start and/or join a fundraising team and have their fundraising dollars contribute to their team's totals.

Multi-currency display

Ability to display the donation amount in the donor's local currency.

Adjustable donation and recurring giving levels

Ability to edit the default donation amounts visible to supporters and choose to default the giving option to an adjustable recurring frequency.

Donor covered fees

The organization can turn this feature on for donors to cover transaction fees and payment processor fees, which are fees taken at the time of the donation. The amount covered is editable by the organization.

Program designation

Set specific designations to categorize donations coming through giving forms, and allow supporters to choose the designation they would like to support. Organizations can also transfer a donation from one program designation to another.

Custom questions

Ability to add questions to the donation form specific to the campaign or the needs of the organization.

Donation dedication and ecards

Ability for supporters to dedicate their gift and send a digital card to someone when making a donation on their behalf.

Campaign activity wall

A dynamic list of all campaign activity with the ability to engage supporters directly through the wall.

Social sharing

Ability for the organization or its fundraisers to share campaign pages through Facebook and Twitter social channels. Organizations can edit the language that populates for supporters when sharing via social channels.

Campaign builder

Create and brand an organization’s campaign with GoFundMe Pro's step-by-step campaign builder, which includes the campaign landing page, team page, fundraising page, donation page, and thank you page.

Advanced campaign designer

Ability to add HTML and CSS code to the organization’s fundraising campaign in addition to being able to use the standard campaign builder.

Recurring donor management

Ability for organization admins to edit recurring donations including the amount, payment type, and processing date.

Customizable emails and donation receipts

The ability to add branding elements to donation receipts and campaign emails as well as include variable content via GoFundMe Pro supported content tags.

Annual giving summaries

Ability to send a summary of all donations made to the organization for donors with recurring plans.

Fundraising milestone emails

Ability to create milestone emails that are auto-triggered based on fundraiser success.

Recurring plan emails

Ability to create emails that are auto-triggered for every recurring donation a supporter makes to the organization.

Failed recurring donation notification

Ability to auto-trigger an email to supporters if their recurring donation fails, encouraging them to update their payment information.

Supporter notifications

Ability to set up emails that provide supporters with updates related to their involvement with the organization, such as someone commenting on campaign activity or a donation made in someone's honor.

Campaign notifications

Ability for users to sign up to receive notifications related to transactions, fundraising page creation, recurring giving plan updates, payout reports, and more.

Supporter self-service dashboard

Automatically creates a supporter dashboard for any supporter that gives to the organization. A link can be included in the donation receipt for the supporter to login and manage their gift and subsequent donations. Includes the ability to customize branding for the supporter page.

Ability to manage supporters, transactions, recurring donors, campaigns, fundraising pages, and attendees within the organization's GoFundMe Pro account.

Campaign health metrics

An overview of campaign performance metrics.

Customizable reports

Ability to add filters to reports to customize the default reporting view as well as save and share reports.

Offline donations

Ability to add an offline donation and associate it to a specific campaign, fundraising page or team, and program designation. If the organization is using the GoFundMe Pro platform for Salesforce integration, the offline donation can be synced to Salesforce.

Fundraising commitments

Ability to set a minimum amount to fundraise for your event fundraisers and charge their stored credit cards for the remaining balance in the event they fail to meet that commitment.

Extended roles and permissions

Ability to invite new team members, edit team member permissions, and set granular roles within the organization's GoFundMe Pro account.

Sponsor matching

Ability to add sponsor matching to a campaign. When a sponsor matches a donation, the feature will create an offline donation in GoFundMe Pro and track all sponsor donations.
